MEET OUR STAFF
Director - Cliff Roberts
Cliff Roberts will be directing Elevate for the first time this summer. He has been involved with different ministries at East Boulder Baptist Church for the past 28 years. Cliff's desire has always been to work with students. He graduated from CU in 1992 and spent 2.5 years working in Concepcion, Chile with Campus Crusade for Christ. Cliff has worked with youth in the church as a sponsor on trips to Mexico and Washington DC. This spring he completed his student teaching to become a licensed Elementary Teacher. He is also working on his Master's degree as a teacher of the linguistically diverse. Before returning to school Cliff worked as Starbucks' Store Manager and at Home Depot in various positions. Cliff has lived in Lafayette for the last 13 years and has a wonderful wife and 2 elementary school aged boys.
Staff - Aaron Dramann

Staff - Valarie McClure
Valarie McClure is a second year intern at East Boulder Baptist Church. She got involved at East Boulder after attending Elevate in middle school and establishing great relationships with not only the staff and students at the camp but God as well. She is excited to now be able to work at the camp and will strive to ensure that every student's experience was as good as her own. She is going into her fourth year at the University of Colorado majoring in Spanish and Sociology. The last semester she spent in Quito Ecuador working at a preschool and in a children's hospital. God has given Valarie a heart for students of all ages and hopes that her future career will be something where she can work with kids all over the world. Valarie is an outgoing and fun girl who enjoys challenging herself and others to try new activities and learn from those experiences.
